LOCATION
Hamilton Secondary College, 815 Marion Road, Mitchell Park.
TIME
Summer season from September to March: Sundays 9:15 am start (Fridays, if required 6:00 pm start)
Winter Cross Country season from May to August (program available near the end of the summer season).
Your registration fee covers the summer & winter seasons
AGE GROUPS
Children are placed in age groups (under 6 up to under 17) according to their age on 1 October.
3 and 4 year-old children will participate in Tiny Tots, where they do modified activities and skill games only.
A parent must accompany a child participating in Tiny Tots or the under 6 age group.
UNIFORM
TOP - "T" Shirt with sleeves & collar, blue with gray side panels and club logo on the back.
SHORTS - Navy athletics shorts, two way stretch shorts, or sports brief.
Must be above the knee, and have no trimming or marking. Basketball and other "baggy" shorts are not permitted.
HAT (optional) - Navy wide brim hat (recommended), bucket hat or baseball cap, all with club logo.
Most of these items are available for purchase from the registration desk.
Note: Correct Centre uniform is compulsory at all SALAA events and Centre meets.
